Payment Plan Request/Confirmation

We offer payment plans for teachers who need them, but please be aware that we charge an extra fee per payment (see amount below). You must request your payment plan PRIOR to the due date listed on your original invoice or your request will not be processed.

There is a $25 late fee for payments that are more than 3 days late. Please complete the form below to let us know your preferred payment schedule. After we review your request, we will send a payment plan agreement for your review and signature. Please sign and return the agreement using the same upload link below.
